8 easy ways to reduce your hair fall

So, here are some easy ways to take care of your hair.

  1. When you have to get out in sun light for a long time then nourish your hair with coconut oil. Take few drops of oil and massage your scalp as well as hair. Your hair wouldn’t be sticky.
  2. When you wash your hair make sure that first, you dilute your shampoo with water and then apply to your hair and scalp.
  3. Never wash your hair dry.
    Massage your scalp and hair with oil and at least keep it for half an hour before washing your hair.
  4. Take a leaf of aloe vera and cut it vertically into half and take out the gel in a mixer, add two teaspoon of coconut oil and few drops of essential oil. Mix it well in the mixer.
    Apply the mixer on your scalp as well as your hair. leave it for an overnight and wash it with shampoo in the morning. You can even use this mixer for your face too. If you are using it for your face then wait till it gets a little dry and just wash it with a clean water.
  5. Soak Fenugreek seeds for a day and make a paste of it and apply it on your scalp and hair. It will help to grow your hair faster too.
  6. Apply castor oil to your scalp and hair regularly. It will help in your hair growth. If someone has a light eyebrow, you can apply Castor oil to your eyebrow too. You will see the growth in 15 days.
  7. Do not use hair straightener and dryer without using a serum.
  8. Apply Yogurt or an egg on your scalp and wash it after an hour but make sure to rinse all the yogurt because it can cause dandruff.
