Navratri season is here, a lot of us would be very excited to have a good food and ready to dance on dandiya nights.
Navratri means ‘Nine Nights’. It is celebrated over a period of 9 days, dedicated to Goddess Durga and her nine divine forms. It is a very special festive occasion for Hindus all over the country, mainly in the north. People also do fasting in these days to please goddess Durga.

- Kuttu Ke Pakode

This tasty sweet dish is made with singhare ka aata, raisins, and coconut. It is a must try for this festive time.
5. Vrat Ke Uttapam
These uttapams are made of Samak rice flour with Aloo and tomatoes and served with phalahari chutney and Dahi.
6. Arbi Tikki
All you need to make these are some boiled colocasia roots, singhare ka aata, and rock salt.
7. Makhana Kheer
Kheer is all time favorite and Makhana kheer is no less than that. it is a low fat sweet dish made with makhana and nuts.

9. Khatta Mitha Kaddu
A mildly spicy, sweet and sour kaddu curry. It will give you different tastes at one time and is one of the tastiest pumpkin dishes.
10. Farali Pattice
It is a Gujarati snack, very similar to Aloo Tikki. Unlike Aloo Tikki, it is sweet and mild.
